We had an awesome stay of a long weekend.

The room was outstanding and lovely, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hair dryer, and toiletries. Its location was exceptional, close to the shopping center, and in a lovely area.

We had standard king room, and it was extremely spacious with balcony. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a fridge upon arrival. Location: the hotel was very close to Very close to shops, restaurant, and Coolangatta.

The over head fan was nice.

There were many things I didn't like but apparently I can't complain in this box. I'll just say that our family room only had three beds when I specified four people.

The beds were shaky as the the bed frames were not so stable. Few things in the bath room were broken.

This hotel is in a really great location, close to everything. It's within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a nearby mall, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that all your needs are taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with an excellent bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. Plus, having breakfast included is always a bonus!

During our 2 nights we were really only at the motel to sleep so we cant really rate the motel on anything other than the room. But I must say the pool is fantastic

Just going off the room alone...the screens in the window were ripped, there was no where really to hang wet clothes or towels. The pillows were lumpy, the mattresses were not the best either and we had 4 people in our room and only had enough cutlery for 3. If these things were changed it would of made things a bit more pleasant to stay.
